Action Camera Handle Noise Reduction

Action Camera Handle Noise is a problem for anyone using a GoPro or Osmo Action type of camera. The noise of any kind of handling can be heard very distinctly as it's transmitted through the camera body or selfie stick to the microphone (either the onboard mic or any other mic that's attached. I managed to reduce the noise by insulating the mic.
