Today we cover
Weight loss - Today weighed in at 234.4, lost 1.2 pounds ahead of my plan to hit 235 by tomorrow.
Lunchfast - 3 cups of salad with a bacon and cheese omelet and some other stuff. Video of that here http://bit.ly/2NB4BJu
Dinner was 4 cups of salad, some left over pork chop, tons of added good fats to the salad.
Fasting yesterday was 19 hours between dinner the day prior and lunchfast.
We also discuss when and how to weigh yourself, realistic goals and the pit fall of not checking and double checking info regardless of the original source.
