Johnny Grube doing 200 yard Farmers Walk using straps with handles to make it more unstable, and 200 yard 100 lb backwards
sled drag.
2 Rounds 400 yards both 800 yards total.
Backward drag and some makes it a little more difficult where you step it really works the quads and strengthens the knee.
Both really torch the grip.
