In this episode I go over all the types of bulbs found in the rear of my 1972 Lincoln Continental sedan. These will be the same as with the 70, 71 and 73 model years, with only the shape of the lenses being different.
Inspecting lights can be tricky alone, so either get a helper or use mirrors. Check running lights, brake lights, license plate lights and side marker lights. Be careful with the old gaskets as they can be hardened, and you won’t find new ones.
If you guys want, I will do an episode about the vacuum headlight switch (DS-151) or the high beam dimmer switch (DS-70), as they both are rather peculiar.
More car geek stuff includes the weird types of screws you will find, and some cinematic shots of the 72! I am happy how this turned out.
Next episode though will be even cooler, I promise!
