25 - 50 lb Kettlebell Swings - 50 lb One Hand Farmers / One Hand 70 lb Sled Drag (using an old Karate belt) 20 yards, further using my grip strength with no rest.
Completed 6 Rounds 150 Kettlebell Swings and 120 yards of 70 lb One Hand Sled Drag & 50 lb Kettlebell One Hand Farmers Walk.
8 Minutes.
