Cargo Trailer Upgrades - Plus The Girls Get The Painting Done!

Starting out showing you an upgrade to our own trailer, I sit back and let our girls entertain you! It's Spring and we're getting ready to hit the road, I made storage for my batteries, we painted the inside top to bottom and my daughters went to work on Nikki's 6x10 cargo trailer, getting the paint done and ready to start building in the pull-out bed and other details. This starts out with a Spam Musubi recipe that, once you try it, you'll love it!

o make shoyu sugar seasoned SPAM musubi, mix equal parts of Kikkoman soy sauce and water and add sugar to your taste up to equal part. (2 oz shoyu to 2 oz water and then sugar to your taste.)

I cooked 3 cups (cup that comes with rice cooker, not 3 measured cups) of rice and added 1/2 tsp salt to the rice when it was done cooking.

Getting out on the road is what Linda and I love to do with our converted cargo trailer camper. We're part time nomads and the nomadic lifestyle suits us to a Tee.
