No wrist straps, my own power and failure at 30 reps. It's the first I did this in almost a year and still did pretty good.

Most will think or have no idea adding in a Farmers Walk in between high rep deadlifts are brutal and one hell of a conditioning training session.

It takes a ton of stability and a sturdy body to walk outdoors on uneven surfaces.

Without the added Farmers Walk I could
have gotten maybe 45 or 50 straight Trap Bar Deadlifts.
