The Sri Lankan government on Saturday granted docking permission to a Chinese surveillance ship despite India's concerns over it being used to 'spy' on its military installations, a report said, quoting officials. Sri Lanka's harbour master said he has received diplomatic clearance to allow Yuan Wang 5 to dock at Hambantota port from August 16 to 22, the report added.
