Fast food Checker employee rubs the burger patty on the floor right before serving the customer

Why this lack of humanity? I try to understand what happened before..Maybe the customer was rude to her..i dont know..Regardless of the attitude that the customer might have been displayed or not this is not ok..
Was she fired after she did this? i dont know
