Puppy, an orphaned wild bunny from Tennessee

Update: 03 SEP 19
Puppy was put to sleep today. I took him to the vet and they said he was having seizures. I was hoping I could raise him until he could be set free. Such a short little life, and I'm glad I got to hold him and feed him for the short time he crossed paths with me.

Meet Puppy! This is an orphaned wild bunny found in Tennessee. He was dying in the hot sun when I found him, and perhaps he was rejected by his mother, but I couldn't leave him there to die.

Next on the list, he will go to the vet; but today is a holiday so I can't take him in yet. I don't know how long he'll live, but even if it's a short time, this is far better than dying in the sun.

Puppy was named because of the formula he's being fed. I was trying to come up with a cute name and saw 'puppy' on the formula jar, and it suits him.

It is recommended to use raw goat milk but the only thing available now is puppy formula.

He does somersaults after he eats, trying to find the best cozy spot in my hands.
