Juror Misconduct Found in Whitmer Kidnap Plot Retrial By Defense, Judge’s Handling of It is Shady

In the Whitmer kidnapping plot retrial of Barry Croft Jr, the defense found out that one of the jurors was bragging to coworkers about getting on the jury to influence its verdict. The only conclusion that can be made when Croft’s attorney making a motion based on this information is that the juror wants him convicted. Which of course it looks like the judge is going to try to sweep this under the rug and continue like it didn’t happen.
