This video was shot August 9th 2019 before they came out to fix these issues. Compare this to the September 3rd video and you tell me if they fixed issues?

Getting them out here is like pulling teeth. I'm lost at what to do so now it's time to put the videos up and hope they take me seriously.

I have been very patient with them now for over a year. I just want this DONE and done correctly.
