In this video, I discuss a sad reality that is - crashes in cycling. I truly hope that no one ever has to experience the frightening scenario as per this footage, but the stats suggest that more and more people are coming off their bikes. What is more frightening is that many people don't not the procedure if one of their mates crashes their bikes and is on the deck in a comprised position.

After I break down this cycling crash, I will introduce you to my first aid teacher and walk you through the step-by-step approach required if you are ever put in a position where your support is needed.
