Control Noise in game all resolutions

Control implements RTX features great,maybe the best so far to date.
Looks good but the noise in the game gets overlooked by many but it bugs me.Physical destruction is fun.
Quick video 4K native should be perfect with 4X MSAA it is not.
Upscaled 4K from 1080 too much noise
4K with DLSS down-scaled too much noise
