Hi, Dye the Safe Guy here, Dye Hawley to talk about the AMSEC TF5517E5 Gun Safe. This is a great starter gun safe if you don't have a lot of rifles and guns and just want to secure your weapons without having to worry about anyone coming in and stealing them.

This safe is 55-3/4" high, it is 17-3/4" wide and it is 16" deep. The TF5517 comes standard with the AMSEC ESL5 Digital Electronic Lock. This lock also lights the keypad up in the dark. Another nice feature about this lock, it is a high-security Underwriters Lab Type 1 Lock.

The AMSEC TF5517 has a 30-minute fire rating on the safe. It also has 3/16" steel in the door and a 14 gauge steel body. This safe has a total of 5 active bolts top and bottom, 3 on the latch side, and then 3 deadbolts on the hinge side, making it a very secure safe for the size that it is.

Another nice feature is this door organizer. You can put 2 pistol holsters here and there are pouches for other items like clips and other items for a gun collector. Also as you can see on the floor down here, there are 4 anchor holes. So you can secure this safe into a concrete or wood floor.

Another nice feature is an adjustable top shelf here that moves up and down and there is room for 11 long guns on the interior. Another nice thing about the TF5517 is it only weighs 286 pounds. So for you Do-It-Yourselfers out there, a hand truck and 2 strong backs, you can move it into your house and put it wherever you want it after you remove the door which is about 1/3rd of the weight.
