Excerpts of an April 2017 interview of Chairman of the House Oversight Committee Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) on MSNBC with Greta Van Susteren discussing the investigation he and Ranking Member Elijah Cummings (D-MD) helped launch into Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn (Ret.) related to allegedly illicit payments connected to foreign governments while in private business and before being named President Trump's National Security Advisor.

The investigation would years later be used by the Biden Dept. of Defense to claim Gen. Flynn had violated the Emoluments Clause of the US Constitution, and seek to recoup funds from his retirement pay.
