Watching a wall street backed firm get beat 🤯#shorts

Went to a showing yesterday where one of the wall street backed iBuyers gave the sellers 25 to 30k more than the house was ever going to sell for. Now they are trying to dump it and just take the L but the house is so awful no one is buying. Good for the home sellers, they pulled one over on wall street.
