Primal movement is a return to the way we were meant to move. Our current lifestyle has caused us to become immobile and disconnected from each other. We have tethered ourselves to desks, devices, and workout programs that didn’t exist for the entirety of human development. As a result, we feel unhealthy and unfulfilled.
