“Peace In the Midst of the Storm” (Mark 4) – A daily devotional.

Our study of the Gospels continues, and you will notice parallel accounts of the same events in today’s Scripture reading. Today’s devotional, however, will focus on the storm the disciples encountered on the Sea of Galilee. Jesus knew the weakness of His disciples’ faith, and their failure to place their trust in Him (Luke 8:23-24). Storms in life are inevitable, though they often take us by surprise. Yet, all storms (troubles, trials) come as part of God’s plan for growing our faith and dependence on Him.
