As an empath, LIghtworker, and HSP it is very easy to feel overwhelmed as you naturally take on other peoples energies, knowingly or unknowingly. This is a great meditation you can try to help ground you for the day. Practice daily for consistent results overtime.

Not all meditations are meant for everyone. There is no goal with meditation. You just simply become and observer of whatever arises. The intention with this meditation is to help you ground yourself for the day ahead so you can move throughout your day with much more love, ease, grace, and clarity.
