Long ago we used to learn from the School of Life, we had ways then that appeal to me now! We became proficient, we sought to understand, and that is how I came to write my book and helping so many people with workshops and classes, video coaching with people all over the world!

When your body slows down, predictable things happen, when you take necessary ingredients out of the recipe of life, predictable things happen to people!

When you create a dependence upon a business, medications and relying upon someone else to treat you and take little to no part in your daily life, habits and don't seek the truth, it will find out, or it won't?

I never wanted to go to Medical School, I wanted to be "me." That's what I set out to do!
