Rescue dog still afraid of men and loud noises

We I had a little bit of a setback with Peaches progress of all of her fears. We stopped to visit my brother and he pulled up on the loud lawn mower . The last time we saw him she ran to him like he was her best friend. Yesterday was a whole different story since he drove up on the loud lawnmower. She would not let him touch her. He stopped by our house the next day and she remembered him and again would not let her touch you. Later I turn the dishwasher on and my cousin was there so it was noisy. My husband came in and slam the door and that scared her. She started pacing around the house like a caged animal. Now shE won’t come in the front or back doors. Thank goodness she isn’t afraid of the hallway door and will still come in that way. When it’s just her and I and my husband at home she aCT’s perfectly normal. But when there is a little bit of chaos around the house she reverts back to acting like a feral dog. Going to take a lot more confidence building to get her out of all of her fears.
