Biblical Counselling UK

The concept of ‘biblical counselling’ has been imported into the UK from the USA. The Biblical Counselling Movement developed by CCEF, and taken on board by Biblical Counselling UK (BCUK), is given over to the ‘descriptive riches’ of psychology. The term ‘biblical counselling’ is a misnomer, for it implies a belief in the sufficiency of Scripture, but this is not the case, for biblical counselling as practiced in the UK and USA is profoundly integrationist and unfaithful to God’s Word.
