Homemade muffins with home canned strawberry jam #muffins no buy week

2 3/4 c. muffin mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until blended. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

I also used 1 tsp of strawberry jam you can use any kind that you want it doesn't have to be home canned like mine be creative with whatever you like.
