Rescuing kids from dangerous parents is important. Getting them into the safe custody of relatives (or properly vetted foster parents if no better option exists) and back to the parents when and if it becomes safe is part of the job. But stealing children under color of law without real cause is, or should be a capital crime. And doing this as a business is perhaps even worse. Your tax dollars, and ignorance of the crime, make it possible for this outrageous use of false authority to continue.
