The United Nations is pleading for all shelling to stop around nuclear plants in Ukraine. Russia is asking the International Atomic Energy Agency to come in and inspect the attacks, maintaining that it is Ukraine that is doing this. The IAEA chief has cut short a vacation to do just that so we may get some answers soon but hopefully not before a nuclear disaster!
