A dynamic change agent and business guru, Lisa Jendza cut her teeth in the business world with GM and EDS, leaving a successful career with HP after 25 years, leaving comfort to follow her calling.
After a decade of teaching holistic health, Lisa could clearly see a need to gather in the kitchen with like-minded individuals to influence a new food ecosystem.

Being 'in the kitchen' symbolizes taking care of oneself; it is how we nourish, and show love to others. Lisa’s classes always end up in the kitchen. Students of Lisa’s programs have said it has set them free… And freedom is her life’s purpose.

Freedom Kitchen transcends time and space to offer cooking classes to those ready to eat real food. It is a place for health enthusiasts to gather. Lisa has owned a Wellness Spa, co-founded a Commercial Kitchen/Cooking School, and is a business coach and health coach. If our health is our greatest wealth, then freedom starts in the kitchen.
