knee injury rehabilitation mid-stage first 4 to 6 weeks after the injury
In this video, I have shared with you a couple of exercises that you can progress the 1st stage of your knee rehabilitation.
You have gone through these 2 protocols and your knee feels better. There is less pain, more range of movements. More strength and less swelling. You can still follow these 2 protocols in this stage.
