Apparently the ukrainian authorities or groups are carrying out Terrorist attacks on any new pro Russian administration installed after towns are liberated .
In this clip the Russian Special Forces have setup an ambush for the terrorist who they are expecting to return to his base.

After the terrorist is detroyed the vehicle is searched and it is discovered that this terrorist has links to NA ZI books. and has a map with potential targets marked.
