ESG is corporate America’s way of ushering in Environmental (combats Climate Change) Social (promotes equity and diversity) and Governance (non-corrupt leadership) through the free market.

However, at the end of it all, is the goal of controlling an individual’s carbon footprint which can only be accomplished through government surveillance and loss of individual freedom.
