MAN WITH CCW PREVENTS MASS SHOOTING AT FLORIDA PARTY

An Investigation Has Been Launched After A Man Was Shot And Killed After Threatening To Open Fire At A Party Sunday Night In West Palm Beach

Police say things took a turn when two women got into an altercation and the man intervened.

A 22-year-old went to his car to retrieve a gun and threatened to shoot up the gathering. He was told repeatedly to put his weapon down.

At that point, a 32-year-old man at the event, who has a concealed carry permit, pulled out his gun and shot him.

He died at the scene.

The shooter is cooperating with police who believe this was an isolated incident.
