Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 16th of Sept. – 226 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning 17th of September – 225
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (37 days) 22 pounds – 8.91% of starting weight
~ By plan - Original target for 225 was Oct. 3rd, 16 days ahead of plan.

NOTE THEY ARE NOT ZERO CARB and they are NOT THE ONE CARB she says either. The actual net carbs are about 2.3 grams, so two are just over 5 grams. Still awesome though. Best tasting and closest to a real tortilla I have found.

Today I talk about not getting bored with keto meals, it really isn't that hard. I will talk about some recent meals I have made and some ideas to not feel like all you ever do is eat bacon and eggs for breakfast.
