Felicity Huffman learned what her sentence would be on September 13, 2019. Huffman was sentenced to 14 days of federal prison. She must surrender October 25th, 2019. Her attorneys fought for straight probation or home confinement as the government was seeking 30 days of federal prison. Based on the plea she agreed to she was facing up to 6 months in federal prison. What will 14 days in prison be like for the former star of the hit television show Desperate House Wives? Will she have to work? Will inmates have a problem with her? How will the guards treat her? Will she have her own room? What prison will she go to? Holli was an executive of Hewlett Packard from 2000 - 2008. Holli Coulman was charged and convicted of wire fraud for using company funds for her own personal lifestyle. After accepting her plea of wire fraud Holli Coulman was then sentenced to 21 months federal prison. Holli Coulman was able to self-surrender to Victorville women's camp in Victorville, CA.

Felicity Huffman has taken a plea deal that has her guidelines at an offense level of 7 due to her acceptance of responsibility and cooperation in the Varsity Blues Scandal. She has plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud as well as honest services mail fraud that carries a max penalty of up to 20 years in prison followed by three years supervised release.

The U.S. Attorney agrees to recommend low end of the guidelines. At a base offense level of 7 her guidelines are 0-6 months. She is expected to receive one month but Felicity Huffman's attorney is going to ask for no jail time. She also has to pay a $20,000. followed by 12 months of supervised release.
