Hello! I am making no heat mango pickle. If you use a little more pickling vinegar, pickle will be okay outside. If you use less vinegar you could put the jar in a refrigerator just for one day and take it out. If you wish not to use mustard oil, use olive oil only. Hope you will like it. Thanks for watching!
