Rajshree Patel, a mind and meditation expert, renowned self-awareness coach and author of the forthcoming book The Power of Vital Force: Fuel Your Energy, Purpose, and Performance with Ancient Secrets of Breath and Meditation. (Hay House, Oct. 2019).
