This week on Train with Jordane. The fellas take thier workouts to an outside shed hidden somwhere in the farmlands or Maryland. It's leg day again and this week we do some Bulgarian Spilt squats which have a vast array of benefits from strengthening the hip and knee joints to over loading the quads and gluteus maximus.
