This video is where to start if you are struggling with any type of relationship, even your relationship with yourself. Whether it be a spouse, partner, child, sibling, parent, colleague, etc. The enneagram is the key to unlocking the door to better relationships. In this video you learn what the enneagram is and how to quickly find your type. Then I present a very brief description of each type and give you resources to dive deeper into each type. The next videos I will be uploading will be deeper dives into each type. This will give you insight into what makes you tick and your natural defense mechanisms that you fall back on in stress. Becoming aware of these is the first step to beginning to see how you are in the world, to see where others are coming from and understand ways in which you can work to better communicate with others.
