Epis. 24 - 2022 What Your SSD Lawyer Can Do For You, What She Does NOT Do, and WHY

Your SSD lawyer is UNLIKE any other lawyer you have ever had - if she/he exclusively practice SSD/SSI and works properly in that government/legal arena. It is very important to know what is and is not offered by your attorney, what expenses and practices she will pay for and expend on your behalf, and what is not possible or appropriate in this area of law. It is VERY important to also know why, so if someone tries to steer you wrong in order to profit from you while trying to appear something other than, you will know what is up.

This video touches on your medical records responsibilities and in particular, why your SSD lawyer will not be paying your doctor for you, if he chooses to charge you for clarifying his medical record verbiage if it was less than clear or articulate.
