The deterioration of Sino Soviet relations in 1960

In 1960, with the deterioration of Sino Soviet relations, the Soviet Union decided to withdraw its experts to China as punishment for China. A considerable number of experts did not support the practice of the Soviet Union, and asked to stay in China to complete the project. Some asked Chinese comrades to take photos and transcribe technical materials. Some experts deliberately burned the drawings outdoors in heavy rain to meet the orders of the superiors.
