We started with an introduction…business is good! And, we read that the market is slowing, but it doesn’t seem to be the case here in St. Louis. If a house is in move in ready condition, there still seems to be a strong market.

We went through a massive amount of home showings over the weekend. John picked up some of the high points and low points of the search.

After the home showing report, we went over some of the nuances with showing houses to out-of-town buyers, We talked about how bad some of the listings in this market are.

Finally, we talked about a report that says there are fewer buyer led bidding wars, and what that might mean for the housing market in general.
