Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has said he'll submit a proposal to UN for setting up a commission, comprising PM Narendra Modi, Pope Francis and UN chief. Obrador added the aim of the commission would be to present a proposal to "stop wars around the world and reach an agreement to seek a truce for at least five years".
