Grandma B's Southern Chocolate Gravy:

1/4 Cup Cocoa ( I use Cocao powder)
3/4 cup Sugar
2TBSP CornStarch
2 Cups Milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 TBSP Salted Butter
2 Tsp vanilla

1. Mix all together and cook on medium heat until thickened.

Flaky Layer biscuits:
2 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 TBSP Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 Stick of Butter
1 Cup Buttermilk

1. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, sugar, salt
2. Cut in cold butter until pea sized
3 Add in Milk
4. Mix dough roll into a rectangle and fold over. Repeat the rolling over and folding 3 times.
4. Don't over mix your dough
5. Cut with a biscuit cutter or just cut in squares like me. lol
6. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 mins
