This video goes over the experimental details of Experiment 11: "Carbohydrates" found on pages 133 through 149 in the "CHM1032L Chemistry for Health Sciences Laboratory Manual by Perdian and Betts. This includes molecular modeling "Monosaccharides and Disaccharides", molecular modeling "Polysaccharides", testing for "Reducing Sugars" and the "Hydrolysis of Polysaccharides".
