ISRO’s Debut SSLV Launch Fails, Satellites No Longer Usable

ISRO’s Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV-D1) failed to place satellites in the correct orbit, and they are no longer usable. One of the missiles was ‘AzaadiSAT’ which celebrated 75 years of India’s independence.
