Mesquite Smoked Coffee Chocolate Rub Roasted Organic Chicken Legs

I made almost a full ball jar of rub here is what was in it. You can easily make less just use TSP instead of TBS

3 TBS Kosher Salt
3 TBS Fresh Ground Coffee
3 TBS of Brown Sugar
3 TBS Granulated Garlic
3 TBS of 100% Coco Powder
3 TBS of Paprika
2 TBP of Black Pepper

If you are doing Keto (or other low carb) based on this batch you get about .4 carbs per leg from the sugar. About another .1 from the other ingredients. You can use Sweve Brown Sugar Substitute for no net carbs but the real stuff is a lot better in a rub and you are only talking 2 carbs with four legs here.
