Cecina is located in the heart of the Etruscan coast, in the province of Livorno, just over two kilometers from the sea, and its village of Marina di Cecina is located right along the coast. The beaches of Cecina and Marina di Cecina stretch for several kilometers between Rosignano Marittimo (in the north) and Bibbona (in the south). There are three beaches: Le Gorette, the urban beach of Cecina Mare and the beach of the Natural Park of Tomboli di Cecina.
Le Gorette beach is located near the port of Marina di Cecina. At this point, the coast is divided by waves.
The beach is mostly dark sand and pebbles, the sea is very clean with a deep bottom.
There are several baths, restaurants and beach bars along Le Gorette beach. As well as large areas of free beach.
