Today we talk about why some people just feel super hunger all the time when the first start a keto diet. More importantly I tell you what to do about it and why some of it will just take care of itself if you simply stick to and trust the system.

Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 1st of Sept. – 219.6 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning the 2nd of October – 218.6
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (51 days) 28.4 pounds – 11.5% of starting weight
~ By plan - Original target for 219 was Nov. 2nd, I will be setting new goals this weekend. This is getting out of hand in a good way.

Why Do You Feel So Hungry on Keto?

1. You are first and foremost an addict
2. It takes time for your body to become fat adapted
3. You are obsessed with food quantity vs quality
4. You are focused on what you can’t have, vs what you can have
5. Likely for you eating has become a habit

The Solution

1. The addiction will break, but eat as much as you want in the 1st week or even 2.
2. Your body will adapt that is the point, just takes time.
3. Develop an eye for quality and nutrition and take pride in your cooking and meal selections.
4. Focus on what you get to eat, but don’t obsess about it all day long, go do shit, drink water, take a walk. You won’t die if you go half a day without food being shoved in your mouth.
5. All you need to do it create a new habit, it only take about 30 days of doing the same thing to root it as a habit in your life.
