Why you should always take the stairs.

Taking the stairs seems to be something we take for granted. In the interest of convenience we tend to do whats easiest but thats not always whats healthiest for us. This week on train with Jordane I walk up 11 stories of stairs during my normal work day. Its another one of those small healthy habits that will have positive long term effects. Not only physically but mentally as well. If you make it a habit now the self discipline will grow and soon you can build more healthy habits on top of that.
