3 YouTube tips for business channels that you can apply to your online video strategy, or delegate to your team, today. Use these tips to boost your channel using the right strategy for a business YouTube channel.

YouTube has a number of different strategies you can follow, and a billion different influencers that offer to help. However, businesses are generally not included in these strategies. They are focused around starting and building your business completely on YouTube. Not using YouTube as an additional stream of revenue or lead generation tool.

1. Decide on a schedule, and stick to it. For example, if you plan to create 1 video a week, make 1 video a week. It's your schedule, but build consistency into your thinking. YouTube loves consistency!

2. Give pure value during your videos. For example, STOP introducing yourself, STOP talling everyone your life story, STOP with the logo introductions. Instead, start with a hook (tell your viewers what the video is about) then GET ON WITH IT!

3. Learn as you go. For example, you dont need to know anything about tech, video editing, researching, planning, releasing, script writing, thumbnails, analytics, etc. Just record the blimmin' video! THEN add in extra elements as you begin to understand more.
