Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 2nd of Sept. – 218.6 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning the 3rd of October – 218.6
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (53 days) 28.4 pounds – 11.5% of starting weight

Characteristics of a Cult

1. Submission to Authority, Unquestioning Trust in Leadership
2. Exclusivity, has the only true answer
3. Persecution Complex - Anyone who questions the group consensus is accused of attacking others in the group.
4. Control - Indoctrination and fear of loss is used to threaten members as to what will happen if they stray.
5. Isolation - Prevent contact with people and opinions outside the group.
6. Special Knowledge - Appeal to authority complex, the way of things comes from others with special abilities you can’t understand, so you must trust tit.
7. Indoctrination - The teachings of the group are repeatedly drilled into the members, but the indoctrination usually occurs around Special Knowledge.
8. Salvation - Only following your indoctrination based on special knowledge can save you.
9. Group Think - There is an internal enforcement of policies by members who reward "proper" behavior, and those who perform properly are rewarded with further inclusion and acceptance by the group.
10. Cognitive Dissonance - Avoidance of and/or denial of any facts that might contradict the group's belief system.
